December 2nd is the 184th Anniversary of the Monroe Doctrine - the beginning of U.S. intervention in Latin America. Also on December 2nd, millions of Venezuelans will go to the polls in a referendum to democratically accept or reject proposed changes to their Constitution. Join Colombian trade unionist Gerardo Cajamarca and John Peterson from Hands Off Venezuela for a discussion on U.S. intervention past and present, and a showing of "No Volverán" - an exciting new documentary chronicling the 2006 Venezuelan Presidential Elections and the struggle to establish Socialism of the 21st Century, where political power is transferred to the common people.
