New Venezuela Film Premieres in Monterrey, CA The Punky Lil Kid Film Festival to inspire new thought, creative expression and innovation in the media arts. It's about offering insight and perspective that can possibly change the world. This is the first year of the festival and they seem to have an exciting line-up of independent films. The festival lasts Friday through Sunday and includes live music and entertainment. Another exciting characteristic of this festival is that admission is FREE! Our film: La Revolución Comunicativa: community radio and tv on the rise in Venezuela will screen at 9pm on opening night, Friday February 1, 2008.
